Mr. Lee O’Steen is an attorney uniquely qualified to assist you in taking control of your financial situation. His additional qualification as a Certified Public Accountant gives him the experience in Tax, Accounting and Law needed to guide you through the complexities of bankruptcy to get you a FRESH START.
Mr. O’Steen has been an active member of the South Carolina Bankruptcy Law Association and spoke on the topic of family law and bankruptcy at their 2008 Annual Conference. He will gather critical information about your situation, explain in simple terms the civil collection process, the workings of Chapter 7 and 13, and determine if bankruptcy is an option for someone with your financial situation. If bankruptcy is not an option, he will explain what other alternatives may be available.
As the only Attorney in the area armed with a CPA, he has the credentials and experience that allows him to guide you through the complexities of bankruptcy to give you a FRESH START.
Mr. O’Steen tries to take the difficulty out of dealing with debt. The office is open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on most work days. After hour appointments are available several evenings during the week.
